Credit packs — if they sit more than the package
A credit pack does not add a licence year and does not change the same-paper limit. Organisation and department admins buy packs in the app (Settings → Billing). Same wallet for the whole organisation. Extra sittings use the 100-credit pack rate.

- What does a yearly OnlineTestPlus package include?
- A yearly package includes the licence year, student or candidate seats, OTP credits in one shared organisation wallet, and a same-paper limit. Staff logins come with the package so people can create and mark papers — teacher logins for institutes, Head of Department logins for companies. These are not student seats.
- Are tests, assessments, and case studies separate allowances?
- No. Tests, assessments, and case studies share one credit pot. Tests allowed including retests = credits ÷ 2. Assessments including resits = credits ÷ 2. Case studies = credits ÷ 3. You do not get all three totals at once. Example: 48 credits is 24 tests or 24 assessments or 16 case studies, or any mix that adds up to 48.
- What is the same-paper limit?
- Same paper means how many learners can be assigned to one paper at the same time. Extra seats do not raise this. If 80 people must sit the same paper together, Starter (50) is too small — split into more papers, or choose Standard (200). Bigger same-paper group = upgrade or split.
- Do retests and resits use credits?
- Yes. A retest is a new sitting. Retests and resits count at the same tariff as the original sitting. Extra sittings are bought as a credit pack, not as a second test-creation SKU.
- Is creating papers charged?
- No. Authoring is free. Usage is charged when a learner starts a sitting. At zero credits, new sittings, announcements, and AI stop. The year stays live. Staff can still author.
- Who buys the year and who buys credit packs?
