Formats, timing, and integrity
Authors can use scenario-based items, multiple-choice knowledge checks, short-answer prompts, and timed drills, drawn from a question bank that matches the competency you are checking. Administrators assemble the paper, apply randomised question order, and set a sitting duration so a later paper can measure what was retained. Browser lockdown and an integrity log of focus, visibility, fullscreen, and connection events are available when the window needs them. Live camera and identity check is a partner add-on via a launch URL, or in-house webcam once LiveKit is configured. Departments, branches, and scheduled windows
The same administrative console can cover departments and branches. Allocate by programme and class, send bulk invitations, and schedule a pre-training check and a post-training check on the same competency, including recurring compliance windows. Cohort views show trends, individual progress, and pass rates, so a manager can see which teams still have a gap after the module. Item analysis — facility, discrimination, and attracting distractors — is available once ten or more sittings exist. It is a prompt for review, not a full psychometric (IRT) engine, and it does not auto-retire questions. The integrity log gives compliance reviewers a trail of the session. A flagged attempt still needs a human decision.
